Buying vitamin b12 online can be confusing. Here is a small section to help you place your order.

Step One: Create your account.

In order to purchase, you must create your account. To create your account, click here. If you’ve already created your account, and are logged in, continue to step two.


Step Two: Place your Order

Once you’re logged in, you can browse our vitamin shop. Select your product and checkout. Once you’re checked out, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You must fill out your medical history before we can finish processing your order.

Question: Why must I fill out my medical history after placing an order?
Answer: It costs us money to process medical history. We roll the medical history procession fee in to your order payment, making it cheaper on your end.


Step Three: Complete your medical history!

Once you’ve placed your order, just complete your medical history by clicking here. Once completed, we will process your order (it can take 4-10 business days). Once we’ve processed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation about your shipment details.


Step Four: ReFills!

If you’re ready for re-fills, just access your ReFill page from your My Account dashboard, and you’ll be able to do the rest.
